The
Zetasassi line of belt and chain tensioners from QTC improve
performance in industrial automation applications by keeping
constant tension in belt and chain drive systems. These
tensioners are designed to reduce noise, transmit torque
more efficiently, decrease wear, with the added benefit of
increasing the life of belts and chains.
With spring-loaded Econobelt tensioners,
which are stocked in rotational and linear movement types,
you can adjust the tension on the chain or belt. They are
easy to install and are maintenance-free. In typical
applications, using these tensioners will result in the
following benefits; 23% increase in chain life, 7% reduction
in vibrations, 12% reduction in noise, reduction in chain
slackening, and the elimination of the need for maintenance.
