THREE WAYS TO ORDER:
Open Account Orders:
The minimum order is $50 plus shipping charges. Orders not meeting the minimum will be accepted, subject to
a $10 below minimum order charge. Orders requiring any type of special handling or certification are subject to
additional charges. A handling charge of $3.95 per delivery applies to all orders. Shipping charges are the
published rates of the carrier and depend on the destination, weight and the class of service selected.
Terms: Net 30 days F.O.B. Garden City Park, New York.
Credit Card Orders:
For your convenience, we accept VISA®, Master Card®, Discover®, Diners Club and American Express. You will
be billed for merchandise and freight when the parts are shipped. A handling charge of $3.95 per delivery
applies to all orders. A minimum order is $50 plus shipping charges (F.O.B. Garden City Park, New York).
Orders not meeting the minimum will be accepted, subject to a $10 below minimum order charge.
Online Orders:
We can accept orders via our e-Store located at www.qtcgears.com/estore. Orders below $50, placed thru the
e-Store, are not subject to the $10.00 below minimum order charge, but are subject to the $3.95 handling
charge. Orders placed before noon E.S.T. will ship the same day provided the merchandise is in stock. All
orders must bill via credit card.
CREDIT:
New accounts having a satisfactory rating will receive open credit terms; otherwise, initial orders may be on a
C.O.D. basis pending credit approval. There is a $20 per order C.O.D. handling charge.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT:
U.P.S., FedEx, DHL or as specified by customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All returns and exchanges must have prior written approval. Please obtain a return authorization number from
our Sales Department. Returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of material. Returned merchandise
will be inspected and a charge made for restocking. No credit will be allowed on used or modified parts, or
catalog parts purchased on a quantity basis. Notification of any shortages must be reported within 10 days after
receipt of goods.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA:
The minimum order is $75 plus shipping charges. Orders not meeting the minimum will NOT be accepted.
Orders requiring any type of special handling or certification are subject to additional charges. A handling
charge of $3.95 per delivery applies to all orders. Shipping charges are the published rates of the carrier and
depend on the destination, weight and the class of service selected.
Purchase orders accompanied by Bank References will be shipped on open credit terms. Otherwise, an
irrevocable letter of credit or prepayment is requested. VISA®, Master Card®, Discover®, Diners Club and
American Express credit cards will also be accepted. International orders cannot be accepted via the e-Store at
this time.
